Morris Point Fishing Report

Fishing has remained good even with the unsettled weather that has been around for the past week. The walleye action has been moving deeper, 20 - 30 feet of water has been the best. Jigs tipped with minnows has still been the bait of choice. As the weather clears up, nightcrawlers and leeches will start to work well. Also the shoreline fishing will improve with the cleaner and warmer water. Still alot of people eating meals of fish and bringing their limits home.
